I am Arno, your new French private chef with almost 10 years experience as a private & personal chef in France, New Zealand and America.

My cooking style combines French, Italian, Asian and Indian cuisines, blending in special diets, sous vide and French techniques, turning local ingredients into healthy, delicious and uncomplicated meals for your utmost satisfaction.

At Your Service

I plan, shop, prepare, package and stock customized daily or biweekly meals, based on clients’ preferences and dietary requirements.

The kitchen is managed smoothly, including shopping, inventory, and general organization. Food quality, flavor and style are consistently monitored thanks to clients’ feedback. I am a discreet and flexible professional with menus, reference letters and 80+ 5* reviews to date.

About me

Raised in Provence in Avignon, I started working in a restaurant at 14 and later graduated from Paul Augier Culinary School in Nice. I trained in 5* Relais & Chateaux with Riviera’s top chefs and in 2016 I set up my private chef business in NZ.

On August 1st, I relocated to Los Angeles with my wife Linda and our two young children from New Zealand. While Linda is completing a Doctorate of Musical Arts at USC, I am actively looking for a live-out, full or part-time private chef position.
